My issue is economic and cultural in the streets there's a lot of people living in poverty and feel like there's no way some need the money more than others so do anything to get it. People stealing out of young people or even their own family. One of the reasons why this issue exist is because of the poverty in my community the majority of “ gang members” are “Latinos” those who don’t think that have more in life that being in the streets to some that's the only way to get money in their pocket some might have kids on the way and don't have a way to get stuff done but once they have what they want there's no going back so some just fall in temptation to be free to do a lot having “a turf” means a lot. Another reason why I think is culture is because of past generations to some is a honor to be part of a “gang” since there parents, uncles, cousins or any other family member that been involved they follow that path at this time period you see little 2 year olds having “shaggs”. Growing up involved with negativity gets them involve more.
